a matter for the C.0. rather than for him.
You will no doubt consider these suggestions and get the despatches
off as soon as possible on the lines I have indicated. I will
get the Dutch Memorand from Delevigne as soon as possible and
send them over.
As regards the further despatch or telegran regarding the
exact decision of the Assembly, I will keep in touch with Delevigne'
and will let you know what occurs.

I am kept pretty busy here with one thing and another but it is all very interesting and I am enjoying it very much indeed.
The weather has been glorious but stuffy till today, when it began
to rain.However it is clearing up now and it will have improved
things.
I am just off to Don Juan at the Opera; the complete Vienna Opera Company is here in honour of the League and it should be something to hear the Austrians doing Mozart; on Wednesday we are
going to Figaro, the only other one they are doing.
